It's about, in part, Jamie Oliver.....

These recipe booklets have been found to be invaluable in building cooking skills and enabling people to eat healthy food at a very low cost.
As the booklets are so beneficial we have been commissioned to distribute them across Lancashire to reach people experiencing food poverty.
The booklet, with photo illustrations of the finished dishes, is carefully designed for people who may only have access to dried and tinned food, no measuring equipment and little additional food in the pantry. We attach small bags of spices according to the spices needed in the recipes.
